Directors and Senior Management Team
Murray is recognised amongst his peers as an expert in Family Governance and Inter-generational Wealth transfer. He specialises in providing advice in complex cases and blended families. He can utilise the accounting, legal and wealth management resources of the Morrows Group, a multidiscipline practice, to provide superior strategic outcomes.
Alistair has been in business since 1980. He founded the Commercial Advisory Group (CAG) in 1998, which was later acquired by WHK. He joined Morrows in 2008 and is now one of two General Managers at Morrows, a member of the Morrows Senior Management Team and provides input to the Board on the direction and growth of the Business Services, Taxation and Superannuation teams.

Laurel joined Morrows as a Graduate Accountant in 1994. Her hard work and devotion to Morrows and its clients have seen her progress to General Manager. She is a member of the Senior Management Team as well as the Morrows Investment Committee. Laurel consolidated her accounting skills initially then branched out into superannuation, financial advisory, estate planning, portfolio construction and advice. She has consulted to the CPAA on the Superannuation and Financial Planning course material for the graduate accountants program.
Neil started in public practice in 1990 and worked in three firms over the next decade, developing strong general taxation knowledge. It was at this point Neil decided to specialise in superannuation having joined Morrows in 1994 and observing their considerable strength in this area. Neil’s work for Morrows clients covers their self managed super funds, compliance and audit matters. He is also regularly contacted by other accountants for guidance on complex superannuation compliance matters relating to their clients.
Nicole has over 25 years’ experience in human resources, strategy development and business operations within professional services firms and publicly listed companies. She has a very a diverse background having worked at law firms, accounting firms, Tattersall’s and she has lectured at Swinburne University in management.
Audit
Lee has over 30 years’ of experience in the accounting profession with 20 years in first and large second tier firms including 6 years overseas in London.
Adrian Fong is the Audit and Assurance Associate of Morrows Audit and supports Lee Wong in his primary responsibilities. Adrian has been in the auditing profession for over 10 years with 5 years for PriceWaterhouseCoopers Malaysia. Adrian is a member of CPA Australia as well as a Registered Company Auditor.
Business and Taxation Advisory
With over 25 years experience in the profession, Paul has been exposed to all areas of general practice. Today, his primary focus is on business services and tax.
Paul specialises in providing accounting, tax and planning solutions to businesses and individuals. He focuses on clients’ needs and takes a strategic approach whilst looking for innovative solutions. His time in the profession has been in accounting services and audit.
Ian has been working in the accounting industry for over 40 years and as such, has operated at all levels of Chartered Accountancy assisting clients with tax, audit and business service.
Leah has over 20 years of accounting and tax experience that she has built up throughout her career. She has developed her skills during her many roles including her time as a partner in an accounting practice, on the finance committee of a not-for-profit and running a small hospitality business.
Archie is a diligent and thorough accountant who leads his team well as well as being a founding member of the Morrows Leadership Group.
Carmen is an experienced Chartered Accountant, having started with the firm in 1996 as an Industry Based Learning Student and steadily progressed through the ranks to become an Associate.
A long term and highly valued employee Morrows, Paul was recruited via the RMIT Co-op Program in 1988, completed his studies and then joined the Business Services and Tax team full time.
Yin started her professional career in 2003, qualified in 2005 and joined our team in 2010. She has over 18 years of proven track record in accounting, tax compliance, business structuring, tax planning, and superannuation.
Joe joined Morrows in July 2008, and now manages one of our business advisory teams. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser whose main focus is on Morrows business clients.
Michael has made the short journey from across the ditch, moving to Melbourne from New Zealand after attaining his CA membership in 2011. Michael joined us just a week after arrival and has become part of the family culture that we embrace.
Marcus began his career with the firm in 2000 and has worked his way up the ranks to the role of an Associate. Over his 16 years of experience with all the current Partners of the firm as his mentors he has gained experience in Business Services, assisting clients with tax issues and cloud accounting solutions.
Ashwind started in the professional services industry in March 2003 as a Tax Consultant with Ernst & Young in New Zealand before moving to Australia in November 2005. He has over 10 years of professional services firm experience in Australia.
Kellie joined the Morrows team in 2015. Throughout her career as a Chartered Accountant, Kellie has gained a breadth of experience in both Second Tier Professional Services Firms and Industry.
Lisa has been involved in the accounting and business advisory industry since 1998. Joining the Morrows team in 2012, Lisa is recognised and regarded for her strong client relationships, commitment to continual improvement and excellent technical skills.
Business Technology
Since high school, technology has always appealed to Adam. As he began his passion for entrepreneurship at the age of 17, Adam now has over 20 years’ experience advising business owners about software and finance. As a registered Chartered Accountant, he specialises in using Key Predictive Indicators in conjunction with financial information, to maximise the effectiveness of the client’s operations. He has worked in a variety of business environments, which has given him a well-rounded perspective on what is appropriate for the client. Adam also enjoys giving back to his community, and is the President of the Brunswick Secondary College School Council and past President of the Rotary Club of Brunswick.
Legal
Duncan is a third generation lawyer and has been actively practising law since 1977, joining Morrows Legal in 2011. Duncan has been involved in all aspects of property law. Often acting for the lenders to property transactions, Duncan has developed knowledge and expertise on almost everything there is to know about property – from the methods of holding property, to intellectual property rights to zoning and planning to the planning of your estate and protecting your property assets on death
Rabia is an experienced and talented lawyer, who began her law career in 2005. Since then, she has honed her legal skills and developed expertise in all facets of estate planning and asset protection.
Adam has been a lawyer since 2001 and has practised in New Zealand and England before settling in Melbourne in 2007. Adam has a broad property and commercial sector experience having acted for a range of clients including Asciano, Toll, National Foods, Lion Nathan, Mediterranean Shipping Company, Vodafone, MAB, Hamton, Valad, Little Projects, Westpac, NAB and Bank of Melbourne.
Russell is a lawyer with over 10 years’ experience in both the public and private sectors. He completed his law degree at Deakin University in 2003 and his Masters of Tax at Melbourne University in 2010. He is also a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Tax Advisor.
Lesley commenced her legal career in 2003 and since then has gained valuable experience in both the public and private sectors both locally and in the UK. Lesley’s background is in commercial law, commercial litigation, conveyancing and property, and commercial and retail leasing. She has experience in all aspects of business law including sale agreements, shareholder and unitholder agreements, employment agreements, confidentiality and non-disclosure arrangements and advice in relation to contract disputes and Corporations Act and consumer law compliance. She assists clients across a wide range of industries and sectors, with a strong focus on understanding each client’s unique business needs. She strongly believes in practical advice and a pragmatic approach to assist her clients in achieving commercial and cost-effective outcomes.

Sarah has over 12 years’ of experience in providing financial advice to high net worth clients and assisting them in achieving their goals and objectives. Over five years ago, she began to specifically focus on providing tailored lending solutions for clients.

Morrows Private Wealth
Chris joined Morrows in 2001 and was appointed Chief Investment Officer (CIO) in 2007, as well as Responsible Manager on the Morrows Private Wealth Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) in 2010.
David has always taken pride in developing strong relationships with his clients. It’s his easy going nature and attitude that assists him in achieving this. A defining moment in David’s career was becoming partner at 26 in a small accounting firm. Establishing their financial planning arm some years later made him realise there was much more to assisting clients than tax returns and tax advice.
Jonathan is a Chartered Accountant and a Certified Financial Planning® practitioner with more than 15 years in the financial services industry. He has particular expertise in retirement planning, tax planning and compliance, superannuation, structures, investments, insurance and social security.
Emma has over 20 years’ experience in Financial services including ten years as an integral part of the firm and is a Certified Financial planner CFP®.
Kyle is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Financial Planning CFP® practitioner with more than 7 years in the financial services industry. He is a member of the Morrows Investment Committee and has specialist knowledge in portfolio construction and the investment selection process.
Superannuation
Anne has decades of experience in the accounting industry, with over ten years of experience in the small to medium business sector. Anne is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
A late recruit to accounting, Maureen did her degree at 40 and since then has worked for KPMG and Pitcher Partners in Melbourne, cementing her skills after which she joined Morrows.
