Meet Isabella Fitzpatrick

Meet Isabella Fitzpatrick, affectionately known as Bella by her workmates, a Tax and Business Advisor at Morrows, whose journey is a celebration of learning, camaraderie, and work-life harmony.

“I’m Isabella Fitzpatrick, and my Morrows story began in 2019 when I joined the co-operative program with Swinburne University. Fast forward, and I’m approaching my 5th year this January.”

Bella cherishes Morrows for its exceptional team environment. “My favourite thing about Morrows is the team. I’m incredibly fortunate to work in a close-knit and supportive team, where genuine friendships make work truly enjoyable. Learning from senior team members has been invaluable, and I appreciate the time they’ve dedicated to teaching me. Collaborating with other team members across different departments through Morrows One Team is a fantastic opportunity.”

For Bella, the love for learning is a driving force. “I thrive on continuous development, and Morrows provides a plethora of training and growth opportunities for everyone.”

She also applauds Morrows’ flexible work policy. “The flexibility in work arrangements is incredibly helpful in promoting and maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Whether in the office or working from home, I appreciate being able to split my week between the two locations.
