Executive Directors and Leadership Team
As an advisor on real-world structures, family business governance and business dynamics, Graeme is passionate about changing the journey of a family business. He has worked with owners on forward-focused performance improvement and web-based technology solutions for enhanced business efficiencies.
Laurel’s career commenced with Morrows as a Graduate Accountant in 1994 and she is now a Director of the Morrows Group, a member of the Senior Management Team and a member of the Morrows Investment Committee.
Neil started in public practice in 1990 and worked in three firms over the next decade, developing strong general taxation knowledge. It was at this point Neil decided to specialise in superannuation having joined Morrows in 1994 and observing their considerable strength in this area. Neil’s work for Morrows clients covers their self managed super funds, compliance and audit matters. He is also regularly contacted by other accountants for guidance on complex superannuation compliance matters relating to their clients.
Adrian Fong is an Audit Principal within Morrows and specialises in Audit and Assurance services. Adrian has been in the auditing profession for nearly 15 years with 5 years for PricewaterhouseCoopers Malaysia. Adrian is a member of both Chartered Accountants ANZ and CPA Australia as well as a Registered Company Auditor.
Archie is a diligent and thorough accountant who leads his team well as well as being a founding member of the Morrows Leadership Group.
Chris’ career commenced with Morrows as a Paraplanner in 2000. His interest in finance and dedication led to his appointment as Chief Investment Officer in 2007.
Kirsty is an Executive Director and the Operations Manager of the Morrows Private Wealth (MPW) team.
Kyle’s career commenced with Morrows as a Graduate Accountant in 2011. His passion for investments and strategy led to a move within the business to Private Wealth as a Paraplanner in 2013, appointment to the Morrows Investment Committee in 2015 and current role as a Senior Advisor.
Lisa has been involved in the accounting and business advisory industry since 1998. Joining the Morrows team in 2012, Lisa is recognised and regarded for her strong client relationships, commitment to continual improvement and excellent technical skills.
People and Culture
Madeline Maurici is the driving force behind our People and Culture team at Morrows, spearheading initiatives to build a vibrant and supportive workplace environment. Passionate about nurturing our “One Team” philosophy and fostering a solid and inclusive workplace culture, Madeline is dedicated to providing our people with the tools and resources they need to thrive and grow.
Audit
Adrian Fong is an Executive Director and Director of Audit within Morrows and specialises in Audit and Assurance services. Adrian has been in the auditing profession for over 15 years with 5 years for PricewaterhouseCoopers Malaysia. Adrian is a member of both Chartered Accountants ANZ and CPA Australia as well as an ASIC Registered Company Auditor and an Approved Auditor for New Zealand companies.
Ian has been working in the accounting industry for over 40 years and as such, has operated at all levels of Chartered Accountancy assisting clients with tax, audit and business service.
Business and Taxation Advisory
Archie is a diligent and thorough accountant who leads his team well as well as being a founding member of the Morrows Leadership Group.
Lisa has been involved in the accounting and business advisory industry since 1998. Joining the Morrows team in 2012, Lisa is recognised and regarded for her strong client relationships, commitment to continual improvement and excellent technical skills.
Kellie joined the Morrows team in 2015. Throughout her career as a Chartered Accountant, Kellie has gained a breadth of experience in both Second Tier Professional Services Firms and Industry.
With over 25 years experience in the profession, Paul has been exposed to all areas of general practice. Today, his primary focus is on business services and tax.
Carmen is an experienced Chartered Accountant, having started with the firm in 1996 as an Industry Based Learning Student and steadily progressed through the ranks to become an Associate.
Joe joined Morrows in July 2008, and now manages one of our business advisory teams. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser whose main focus is on Morrows business clients.
Marcus began his career with the firm in 2000 and has worked his way up the ranks to the role of an Associate. Over his 16 years of experience with all the current Partners of the firm as his mentors he has gained experience in Business Services, assisting clients with tax issues and cloud accounting solutions.
Yin started her professional career in 2003, qualified in 2005 and joined our team in 2010. She has over 18 years of proven track record in accounting, tax compliance, business structuring, tax planning, and superannuation.
A long term and highly valued employee Morrows, Paul was recruited via the RMIT Co-op Program in 1988, completed his studies and then joined the Business Services and Tax team full time.
Superannuation
With over 15 years of specialised experience in SMSF management and Chartered Accounting, Brendan is a seasoned professional dedicated to ensuring compliance and maximising client success.
A late recruit to accounting, Maureen did her degree at 40 and since then has worked for KPMG and Pitcher Partners in Melbourne, cementing her skills after which she joined Morrows.
Morrows Private Wealth
Chris’ career commenced with Morrows as a Paraplanner in 2000. His interest in finance and dedication led to his appointment as Chief Investment Officer in 2007.

David has over 30 years’ experience in both the accounting and financial services industry with 18 years initially spent in public practice.
Qualifications: B.Bus, Adv Dip FP, CFP®
Emma has over 20 years’ experience in Financial services including ten years as an integral part of the firm and is a Certified Financial planner CFP®.
Ethan joined Morrows in 2013 as a Senior Paraplanner, having moved from Sydney where he was working as a Financial Advisor for a BRW Top 100 Accounting firm.
Dalton started his career in the financial advice industry in 2017 as a Paraplanner before joining Morrows in 2019.
Stacy joined Morrows in 2017 as a Superannuation Advisor, with a solid accounting background in personal, business and SMSF taxation.
Morrows Risk Insurance
Cameron heads up the Morrows Risk Insurance team, focusing on delivering quality advice regarding complex risk and insurance issues for business owners and individuals. His passion for technical advice and delivering positive outcomes for his clients are what sets him apart.
Mark has been in the Financial Services Industry since 2002 and is a qualified Financial Planner. His mission is to protect clients’ families and their business interests by ensuring they have the right Insurance in place for financial peace of mind.
Mark has a strong history in the finance and insurance industry having commenced in 2001 as a Financial Planner. He has a passion for providing supporting and assisting clients with claim process when the issues arise.
Legal
Josh is experienced in a range of commercial, litigation, property, estate planning and trust law matters. He regularly advises corporate and private clients in relation to setting up, running, acquiring or divesting of interests in businesses, with a particular focus on the medical and technology industries.
Ann-Maree is experienced in a range of commercial, intellectual property, taxation and superannuation matters. Her broad range of commercial skills coupled with specialist taxation knowledge enables her to provide commercial advice, whilst ensuring that any resulting income tax implications are duly considered.
Leigh is experienced in litigation, advice, and transaction matters across a range of practice areas including general commercial, property, building, planning and environment. Her key areas of expertise include business advice to commercial and private clients, business sale and purchase, and litigation and dispute resolution across multiple jurisdictions.
Alexandra works in our commercial team and has a specific passion for intellectual property. Alexandra’s knowledge of intellectual property, and more specifically Trade Marks, enables Alexandra to provide specialised intellectual property advice to her clients.
Ryan commenced his career in property and conveyancing, and now works across a range of commercial, litigation and estate planning matters. Ryan’s experience and broad range of technical skills allow him to assist clients with complex commercial and property transactions, whilst ensuring that potential risks are identified and mitigated.
