Intermediate / Senior Accountant – Tax and Business Services

Our Business Advisory team are searching for an experienced Tax and Business Advisor who can add value to our Advisory team. Joining as a Senior or a high level intermediate, you will be confident in managing client relationships in addition to reviewing and supervising client compliance requirements.
About the role:
- Preparation of financial accounts, tax returns and compliance requirements
- Provide training, mentor and review work of team members
- Identify, research and propose solutions to issues associated with client work
- Collaborate with Managers and Directors on client consulting and advisory projects
- Manage client relationships in a confident and professional manner
- Be able to view client needs holistically in order to offer the best options
- Actively identify and seek business development opportunities to help support the growth of Morrows
About you:
- Degree qualified with completed CA/CPA (or in the process of completing)
- Min 3+ years experience in Business Services (public practice)
- Exceptional client relationship skills with the ability to build trust
- Organised approach to work with a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Demonstrated use of initiative to think outside the box for client solutions
- Xero experience highly desirable
- Experience working as part of a multi-discipline team would be advantageous
