I am the ‘Head of People and Culture’ at Morrows and joined the firm in February 2016. I have a long history and experience working in human resources, strategy development and business operations within professional services firms and publicly listed companies.
At Morrows, I work with the Principals and staff to help define the strategy and develop the capabilities of its people. I work at both a strategic and operational level and enjoy working across all levels within the firm.
More recently, I have been involved in various changes including a Values Project – redefining our Values of Authenticity, Empathy, Collaboration and Innovation; along with the development and implementation of the OneTeam strategy and Accountability Framework. These projects are strategic and will enable Morrows to continue to grow and develop over the next few years. I am also currently finalising the launch of an internal ‘People Portal’ system which will allow all internal HR activities and processes to occur electronically and much more efficiently.
Over the next few months, I will be providing HR Consulting Services to our clients who do not currently have access to human resource support within their businesses. If you would like more information on the services available, please speak with your Advisor or give me a call.
