We are proud to announce that Morrows Legal Special Counsel Russell Krupp has been granted accreditation as a Law Institute of Victoria (LIV) Accredited Specialist in Tax Law. LIV Accredited Specialisation is a nationally recognised accreditation that sets Mr Krupp apart as a thought leader and expert in taxation law, one of only ten accredited in Victoria.
Russell, a senior member of Morrows Legal says what makes this achievement truly meaningful is that only 10 legal practitioners have gained this accreditation in Victoria.
“I am energised by this accreditation to continue assisting our clients in better solving their most challenging tax issues and managing their tax risk,” Mr. Krupp said.
“I am honoured to be recognised by the LIV as a legal practitioner with an expertise in the complex area of taxation law, as it affords me the opportunity to better support the industry and our clients”, stated Mr. Krupp.
“This accreditation is a tremendous opportunity for Morrows Legal; it distinguishes Russell as a proficient expert across all areas of taxation law. We look forward to supporting our partners and clients with legal advice ranging from income tax, capital gains tax, superannuation, tax disputes, stamp duty, GST and international tax,” explains Rabia Javed-May, Director of Morrows Legal.
This independent peer-led accreditation program requires individuals to have a breadth of knowledge in taxation law prior to gaining the accreditation. The individual must have studied at a higher level for a minimum of five years and spent several years undertaking substantial work on tax-related legal matters.
In addition to taxation law, Russell’s expertise also includes trusts and superannuation law. He also practices in general commercial law.
“We are thrilled to have Russell formally recognised as a specialist in this field, offering expert tax support to lawyers, accountants and clients across Australia. The accreditation positions Russell and Morrows as one of the go-to firms for integrated business and tax advisory solutions.” states Laurel Moulynox, Director of Morrows.
